This form is for CIS workers ONLY if you are a locum and looking to be paid PAYE please complete the form under 'UMBRELLA' then 'REGISTER'. To register as a CIS worker with us is simple. Just complete the sign up form below and upload clear copies of appropriate identification in the form;
- Photo ID (We must have a clear copy of your current passport and if applicable any Visa pages/Visa notes)
Note: Failure to provide clear and legible copies of identification will result in a delay in your registration. and your payments. Since 01-07-21 we require all Europeans to provide us with their ‘Share code’ (issued by the Home Office) so we can access the Home Office database to check for Pre Settled or Settled status. We cannot progress with your registration without this and we cannot employ anyone without Pre-Settled or Settled status.
